All our new Creamware cards are covered by the full factory warranty and Creamware technical support. If you need support or warranty service on a card you purchased from us, you can contact Creamware Technical Support for further information.
Our Digital Audio Workstations are covered by a 1 year parts & labor warranty, with 30 days of online Technical Support. If you have any hardware problems, email us for an RMA number, and pay shipping to us. We will obtain a replacement part (if necessary) and cover shipping back to you. We do not accept any returns without an approved RMA number.
We accept VISA & Mastercard (powered by Paypal.com), and ship only to Paypal Verified shipping addresses unless special arrangements are made prior to payment. We also accept Personal Checks (held until clear), or US Postal Money Orders. If you prefer to pay via Check or Money Order, email us for details (it's easy). All amounts are listed in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars.
All sales are final! Unfortunately we can't accept returns on non-defective products. Defective products can be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days. Please feel free to ask us all your questions before you place your order. We have the lowest prices around and this policy is one way we can keep prices down for you.
